Chamaeleon Posted April 14, 2016 Report Posted April 14, 2016 Thousands of photos managed in Daminion. How can I bring them on the best way to an iPhone or an iPad. But the photos or clips must be visible without internet connection. That means there should be offline on iPad or iPhone. Quote
Uwe Posted April 14, 2016 Report Posted April 14, 2016 Hello Swissy, from my point of view you have two options: export the files you want to have on the iPad/iPhone (adjust the export settings if useful for you) or use WiFi of your home network and use the Daminion Web client. Regards, Uwe Quote
rene Posted May 25, 2016 Report Posted May 25, 2016 Hello Swissy, do I get you right, that you want to browse the images of Daminion Server on your iPhone and iPad? The best way would it be to simply use the Web Client! Quote
Murat Posted May 25, 2016 Report Posted May 25, 2016 The third ways is via the Publish panel. You need to install Dropbox (or similar cloud service) on your iPhone and your computer. Quote
fhahn Posted May 26, 2016 Report Posted May 26, 2016 Murat: Are there directions on how to make this work with Dropbox. I am using the home server version of Daminion. I believe I have Daminion 4.5(1442)installed. I could not figure out how to use the Publish panel or anything to do with Dropbox. Thanks. Frank Hahn Quote
fhahn Posted June 5, 2016 Report Posted June 5, 2016 Murat: Thanks for the video. I was able to get photos exported to Dropbox. For those that are interested, I have setup ownCloud (very much like Dropbox) on a personal server at home and that also worked. Files got exported and I was able to view them. Thanks.
