Daria Kotilainen Posted August 24, 2020 Report Share Posted August 24, 2020 Hi Rene, Please give me some more information: -What version of Daminion are you using? -How often is the client app shutting down? -Is it related to only specific actions (searches), or does this happen all of a sudden no matter what you are doing? -Are you working with the local or shared catalog? Uwe Posted August 24, 2020 Report Share Posted August 24, 2020 Hi Rene, I recommend you to install the freeware (open source) OBS studio https://obsproject.com/ and then use the repeat buffer function. You define a time period, e.g. 15 minutes. Then the screen will be recorded (MP4 file) and your actions within this time. It works like a ring buffer so that the file length is constant.
