[solved 2209] 2207 - Rescan Folder (F6) doesn't work

I'm trying to reproduce this situation. Could you provide more information about that problem, please? What changes were made in the folder before the rescan (adding, deleting files)? What are your catalog's size (total count of files) and the environment (Windows version, the previous version of Daminion)?

Hi Katerina,

I recorded the steps I made to rescan folders. What I don't understand: it works with a shared test catalog (11 items, not yet used the folder security for this catalog) but it doesn't work for my default catalog (about 134.000) items.

I'll send the video by PM to you.
