lintujuh Posted July 12, 2016 Report Posted July 12, 2016 When I tried to view the Open Street Map, the map was covered with tiles saying MapQuest + Developer As of July 11, 2016, direct tile access has been discontinued. Sylvain M. Posted July 15, 2016 Report Posted July 15, 2016 Yes, I confirm I get the same problem. As mentionned, MapQuest have changed their tile access licence. I think it would be better to use OSM original tiles (sometimes called "mapnik"), accessible from openstreetmap.org The maps are a little bit less pretty, but they are sometimes much more accurate than other maps providers : so they are very usefull. (I do not only say that because I am an OSM contributor ! ) Sylvain M. Quote
