Daminion Server is not importing new folders

Hello,

I have Daminion Server running. I added a few new folders, but these arn't importet eventhough i clicked on rescan (F6). This was running the whole night, nothing happend.

I have the same problem with Version 738.

Do you get error messages? Did you check the function "Locate in Explorer" (right click on item)? Are your files offline?

No, I'm affraid not.

Yes, I did. I located the missing folders there manually, nothing happend.

 

Are your files offline?

No they are online!

Please check this issue with Daminion RC1 (749)

 

It works on our test servers, but if the problem still there please send me the server logs after unsuccessful rescanning (Admin Panel > Help > Show Logs)

will do that. The Software is not showing me any bakups though
