Search Error using non alpha numeric text

why do i get this when doing text searches.... i Know for a fact there is tag with the words in but this is all i get as a return - Seems it doesn't like the ' in the wording..

I made a test to find out if double quotes have to use, e.g. "don't" - doesn't work. But if you use the combination "Any word" and select the tag, e.g. Title - it works.

I found another error. Please check the screenshots. If I use the double quotes as done in the screenshot an SQL error happens. Is it a potential security risc because the input is not checked and directly send to the SQL command?
