Hello guys,

If possible, can we schedule a remote session to take a look at the issue? If no, please describe how you upgraded Daminion server? Did you select the standard or custom installation? If custom, what port did you install PostgreSQL to? If the default port 5432 has been assigned, did you manually enter the password for PostgreSQL?

Kind regards,

Daria

Now all is running again.

The problem in our case was a missing folder, after creating this folder all was running again.

C:\ProgramData\Daminion Software\Daminion Server\Video\NetCatalog

The NetCatalog was the missing one.

Hi,

this is an old, known bug and posted some time ago but not yet fixed.

Regards, Uwe

Yes, this is the reason for our issue too. Thanks Mirko 🙂 I recalled that, in the past, I deleted the NetCatalog folder after copying all the video previews to a new location.

Note : After upgrading, I noticed that the video previews could not be played in web client anymore. I found out that the configuration for the video preview location had been reset to the default location. I have to change it back to my previously configured location.
