Multiple Catalogs

I routinely work with two catalogs, my Photo Library and my Documents Library, and have them both open concurrently.

 

But every time I close and reopen Daminion it only opens the one I was using last. I know I can open the other one quite quickly but it's irritating to have to do so.

 

Is there a setting I'm missing?

Hello Paul,

if you restart the client it opens the catalog that was opened at last and not the one that was used by you. It's the catalog on the top (nr. 1) of the menu->File.

I think there are no settings to open all previously open catalogs at the client start.

Oh, OK, I was seeing a variance in which one got opened. I must have closed and opened them in a different way.

 

I think there are no settings to open all previously open catalogs at the client start.

That's a shame but I'll live with it. It's what I think of as a Steve Jobs feature.

Yes, Uwe is right, there is no setting to force Daminion to open all previously opened catalogs after restart. However, it's very easy to open a needed catalog from the catalogs list under File in the File menu.
