After several hours of waiting for rescan, the images are still not imported. any suggestions? The images are stored on a local drive. thanks! Depending on how many items have to be imported, it can indeed take several hours. When you right click the icon on the lower left of the thumbnail window, you may select to see a log, which indicates which items are processed or ignored.
