To enable this feature: 1. Click on the Customize... icon of the "Catalog Tags" panel 2. Locate and check the Access Control option in the System group: 3. You will see that all Daminion Users will be listed below the Access Control option in the Catalog Tags: Only admin will see the Public group and all Users. Other users will see the Public group and himself. For example, if several designers or architects work on different projects, your admin can set the database so each person will the documents belong to a certain user. Administrator can create groups for multiple users. To put items to public area or to the private area of a certain item drag selected items to an appropriate area in the Access Control section of your Catalog Tags or right click on the selected items and navigate to the "Set Access Permissions..." option This feature will partially cover one of the most requested Daminion feature: multiple shared catalogs Support for direct importing from smartphones and cameras using WIA service Minor Improvements - Now it's possible to add custom thumbnails by using the complimentary filename.ext.thumbnail.jpg image for some file formats that cannot be rendered by Daminion. - Added support for PSB images (preview can be added by the above method) - User with the Editor role can now rename files - You can use the FQDN addresses along with server IP or name.
