rene Posted July 18, 2015 Report Posted July 18, 2015 Hello, after the last update the rescan function seems to be broken. When hitting rescan nothing happens. So I put on "Auto rescan" for 3 folders, but after 3 hours nothing happened, no files have been imported. Quote

Murat Posted July 22, 2015 Report Posted July 22, 2015 Auto-Rescan does not work anymore. Can you please uncheck the Auto-Rescan option in the Catalog > Auto-Rescan Settings, and then switch it On again. Quote

Murat Posted August 4, 2015 Report Posted August 4, 2015 Can you please check whether the Daminion Server user account has enough permissions to access this network folder? By default Daminion Server is launched under the LocalSystem account that has access to local computer resources only. You can see in in your Daminion Server admin panel. Quote

Server is running with my account and has access to the folder. And i can add folders from the network drive manually. Just the automatic rescan does not add anything. Quote
