[FIXED] [1259] bug report - Rescanning is not working anymore

OK, i tried some things:

  • Turn Auto-Rescan on, off and on again
  • Droped the completed catalog, created it new and turned the Auto-Rescan on

 

But still, Daminion does not rescan any more.

 

I am using Daminion Server 4.0.0.1263

Is local or network the folder to rescan (relative of computer there running the daminion service)?

Can you please check whether the Daminion Server user account has enough permissions to access this network folder? By default Daminion Server is launched under the LocalSystem account that has access to local computer resources only. You can see in in your Daminion Server admin panel.

Server is running with my account and has access to the folder.

And i can add folders from the network drive manually. Just the automatic rescan does not add anything.
