Hello Rene,

what does it mean: are not there?

Do you have customized the "Folder Flag" in the Catalog Panel?

Does Daminion have an access to the folders on the Laptop?

Are the folders on the Laptop shared?

It's possible to get some screenshots, small video etc.?

Regards, Uwe

Hello Rene,

do you see the folders and files in the netcatalog when you use the client on the server computer?

Regards, Uwe

Hello Uwe,

when I try to access it by using the Clients Software on the Server I get the attached error.

Meanwhile I can't even acces the catalog anymore.

When I try the same from my Laptop Computer I need to enter the user credentials, but none is accepted I resetted the password and tried:

admin and password.

nothing works.

A remote access to your server PC helps to locate the issue quickly.

What I can suggest you now:

- Try to restart the Daminion Server from Admin Panel

- What PostgreSQL 9.0 versions do you see on this dropdown list:

Please try to switch to PostgreSQL 9.0 version

- Try to connect to Daminion Server again. And if the error message appears, please launch Administrative Tools > Event Viewer and let me know whether you see any warning or error messages in Application and System windows.

Hallo Murat,

I switched to PostgreSQL 9.0. it works now.

with both versions i get the message "All is OK, though"!

Shouldn't it work with Version 9.2 as well.

Now you have 2 Postgres and 2 shared catalogs (powered by Postgres 9.0 and 9.2)

You can leave both Postgre versions (and switch between two catalogs from Admin Panel) or migrate from 9.0 to 9.2 according to this instruction.
