944 (711) - Thumbnail size slider in Tray window

Hi,

When Tray window is displayed under thumbnail windows, you can't see thumbnail tray slider size (on the right) except if your Tray window has a high vertical size!!

In my 13" laptop screen Tray window has to be at least 1/3 of the 13" screen to see the slider!

In 'normal' mode, I use Tray height at 1/5 or 1/6 of the screen.

Hi Alain,

Yes. The problem with tray scrollbar is there. As a temporary solution you can use Ctrl + MouseWheel to zoom in/out the tray thumbnails.

Not easy with a laptop. (no mouse, sorry)

Any fix news about this one ?

Thanks

I'm doing a little up for few posts because yesterday I got an internet error and posts were still down in forum page. (I'm using a satellite connection to follow Daminion development.)

Maybe two scrollbars side by side... :mda:

Yes, this is a good idea because I think most of the time Tray window has not a big height. Specially if you use a 13/14/15" screen on a laptop. (This is another story if you use a 24/30" wide screen...)

Hello,

in Adobe Bridge, Photoshop, Lightroom, in XNView the slider are in a horizontal position. Why not positioning the slider horizontally in the bottom status bar of the window?

For a window which is wide (small height compared to width), if you put slider in horizontal position this will take (and waste) much more space in the screen than an vertical sliding bar.
