Daria Kotilainen Posted May 1, 2023 Report Share Posted May 1, 2023 1 - go to this folder: C:\ProgramData\Daminion Software\Daminion Server 2 - open the file "ServiceSettings.xml" in a text editor run as administrator 3 - locate the parameter: "MinMpxForVips" and set it as shown on the screenshot below 4 - Save changes 5 - Restart Daminion server 6 - Locate your 16bit TIffs, select them and click ctrl+b to refresh the thumbnail 7 - if it does not help, decrease the parameter value to 20000000 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
