I recorded the action and can send the video via Skype. Possibly a special constellation is responsible here, because the case occurs so far only with a certain photo. Can you check if the versions folder has not been removed? If not, and If this issue is not reproducible on other files, can you please try to reimport the original files, copy the tags from the current version to it and try to adjust it once again? This might be faster and less effort-consuming than scheduling a remote session or taking a backup of the catalog. As for now, we were not able to reproduce this issue in our environment, so please let me know if it it reproducible in yours.
