2444 - errors.txt - exception: PicaJet.Daminion.Common.PicaJetException: Message: File didn't updated

Hello,

there are many entries in the file errors.txt like:

2021-05-09 16:31:24,689 [STP SmartThreadPool Thread #1287] ERROR PicaJet.Daminion.Service.Utils.SynchronizeMediaItemCommand [(null)] - mediaItemId: 258575 filePath: '\\ServerName\RootFolder\SubFolder01\2018\2018_06\2018_06_30\20180630_144625-56.CR2' exception: PicaJet.Daminion.Common.PicaJetException: Message: File didn't updated

What does it mean? I don't see any problem with the file. Do you have an explanation please?

I'll send the errors file to Daria and Katerina by Skype.

Hi Uwe, 

 

Daminion compares the File Modification date prior and after changes and if it is the same, the error appears.  It can happen if the changes are written to the sidecar files
