Raw Files not displaying

As the Title, since upping from Home to Server Base none of my RAW files will display, CR2 and ORF.

Any suggestions, personally think it a Windows Problem, any Ideas?

Hi Len, 

 

Can you please try to regenerate the thumbnails by selecting the files and clicking CTRL+ B? Please send me a sample files as well

Hi Len,

If you select a folder and press F6 (Rescan folder), there you can see a button "Import filter". By pressing it you can select, which media formats will be imported.

Hi Daria, CTRL+B makes no difference, tried to implement Rescan folder but made no difference either, no sure if I'm doing it correctly.

The thing is I have a Number of Photo editors, Paid and Free and all CR" and ORF files display OK in all of these, so looks like a Daminion Problem

I was checking your file on Daminion server, build 2237. Do you have the same build? We can also schedule a remote session to take a look at this issue
