Hello,

today an external user can see all existing tags of the catalog even if its number = 0 beause of the acccess rights to the items. It would be desirable to be able to suppress the display of tags whose value = 0. The user can only see tags that are present in the objects he has access to.

Hello Uwe,

Don't think it will be possible. If the user is Editor, he can assign the tag with the value 0. What if the tags with 0 are hidden? Should we prompt them for Editors when they are trying to assign them? If no, there might be typos when they will try to create a tag which already exists in the database. It is a complex scenario that has never been requested before, so, unfortunately, I do not think it will be implemented.

Kind regards

Hello,

I don't talk about Editor. What about the role "Viewer" Why should he see information not relevant for this role? A customizing in the settings for the roles "Don't show empty tags" or something like that.

Hi Daria,

I do not want to stress a hopeless wish unnecessarily but that's an odd thing that I don't understand. A Viewer with editing permissions. Why don't they clone an existing role and set whatever they want?

Regards, Uwe
