[1723] - issue with some files

Hello Daminion Community,

I ran into another issue.

 

I was browsing my old files and found dark thumbnails, so i hit "update thumbnails" and recieved no change. So i navigated to that file in windows and found it. I was able to open it.

 

any idea what this issue might be?

Hi Rene,

 

- are all the dark-thumbed files TIFFs?

 

- Can you open them from within Daminion using the schortcut CTRL+enter?

 

- what the size of your TIFF files?

 

- Can you try to install the latest build of Daminion and check if it makes any changes?
