Chat with Us Pop-up

I tried to use the Chat with us pop-up last night and after entering a question, there was no response after 30 minutes or so. If this is not being used, it might be worthwhile to remove this.

Hi Frank,

 

Sorry, we had issues with configuring our account in the way so that this windows was disabled during non-business hours. I will ask the guys to check out the settings once again.
