AVboy
I am able to access our Team Server from the client on our VMware virtual desktop environment, but not from the client on my local machine. I am able to access and interact with the host server from my local desktop via RDP. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the client on my local machine, but it now hangs trying to load the local catalog (which I deleted after the uninstall). Murat
Can you please provide us more info to analyze this issue: - What Daminion Server version do you have installed? - Are Daminion Server and Client installed on different computers? - Can you ping your Daminion Server based PC from Daminion Client based PC? Can you send us a screencast video or even better can we arrange a remote TeamViewer session?

AVboy
So, my issue turned out to be the firewall on the client PC blocking the ports for the catalogs. Thanks, Murat, for the quick response. Barry
