Uwe Posted February 4, 2013 Report Share Posted February 4, 2013 Hello, the call of the ExifTool doesn't work for certain CR2 and DNG files with a shared catalog. The ExifTool is called but its window is black. It works with JPG, PSD and TIF. Doing this with the same files in the local catalog it works. TV is possible. Regards, Uwe Update: it happens with imported files into the shared catalog which have the following syntax of the file name: "_MG_nnnn.DNG". If you rename the file to "IMG_nnnn.DNG" the call of the ExifTool works. Update2: I don't understand it. I renamed the "_MG_nnnn.CR2" to "IMG_NNNN.CR2" and made a new rescan folder and now it works with all items, also for the items with the "_" as first character of the file name.
