How to troubleshoot catalog backup scheduled task that isn't running?

I've followed the documentation to create a scheduled task to backup my catalog daily, but the task isn't running. I've updated backup_config.bat, and when I manually execute Backup Daminion Catalog.bat, I get a successful backup.

But the scheduled task is not running at the scheduled time, and if I right-click the scheduled task and select "Run", nothing happens.

I was hoping the task scheduler would dump an error to the Windows event logs but I can't find anything. Is there a way to determine why the scheduled task isn't running?
