Properties "Page Count" of PDF files v. 570

Hello Murat,

 

there are two different PDF files uploaded to the shared catalog. The page count tag of the EXIF tool displays a value in both cases. But I see only the page count value of one file in the properties Window.

Checked with 570 build. I see two PDF files with 35 and 70 page count values:

yes the info is correct. But I don't see this in my 570 version (server and client). I wanted to customize the Properties. Press the Customize Icon and select "Customize" - the crash happens.

Please update both, the Daminion Server and Client/Standalone.

Hello Murat,

 

the problem still exists in v. 572. I've just created 2 PDF files by Adobe Indesign CS6. I used the Acrobat properties window during the PDF export from Indesign to set the output quality. One PDF in highest quality (PDF version 1.4) for printing (about 600MB) and the other (PDF version 1.5) with the smallest file size (about 20MB). Then I added these files to Daminion shared catalog. I see the Number of Pages information only for the bigger file not for the PDF with lowest quality.

In the EXIF-Tool (Item->Actions->Show all Metadata) both files have the Page count value = 50.

TW session is possible.
