Filtering on Creation Date

While all images returned by this filter (see attached screensot) are AFTER the older date (1 Sep 2017), images right up to the present time are also returned.  The more recent (BEFORE) date is ignored.       Am I doing something wrong? ?

are you sure that 2108 is the right year?
