Generate medium sized JPEG previews (for faster preview by web-client)

Hi Afatac,

Can you send me a screenshot of what you see when you open the file in full-screen in the web client? If you do not see a preview, there might be a few reasons for this:

- the thumbnails are stored on a network path and IIS does not have access to them

- the thumbnails are stored on a local path but IIS does not have access to them

- the original files are not accessible by the paths they were imported from (in the desktop client such files have a question mark in the upper left corner of the thumbnail) and therefore a mid-sized preview cannot be regenerated.

We can also schedule a remote session to take a look at the issue - please contact our support team by email to do this.

Kind regards,

Daria
