Webclient: no previews

Hello,

using the web client, no preview is shown after clicking on an image. The thumbnails, however, are displayed.

I'm using Daminion 6.4.0.299.

I've allowed the webbrowser to load local files.

Tested with edge and safari (iPad Pro) and safari / chrome (iMac)

I reinstalled Daminion Server. After that, the problem was gone.

I use Daminion 6.7.2250, and the problem is the same.

I tried to reinstall the IIS server, after it the whole Daminion server, but didn't solve the problem.

The previous version on the same machine worked well.

I have a test machine too, and this version works well, only the productive one has this "bug". What can I do with it?

If I press th F12 button in a web browser, I can see the HTML code of the page.

If I click on a thumbnail , in the code there is a valid "src=...." line, but with the preview, this "src-..." part is invalid (see the attached screens).

What is the solution for this? Reinstalling Daminion didn't help.

Hi Daria,

I've just built a new server, and installed the last Daminion Teams server (7.5, build 2632), and the problem is the same: in web client there are no previews, only thumbnails.

Last time it was an IIS access permission issue but I don't remember what was the exact solution....

Can you help me?
