Uwe Posted April 11, 2012 Report Posted April 11, 2012 Hello, I've tested the deinstallation of the server. 1. The PostgreSQL is not deinstalled by Daminion Server Uninstall - there should be an option to uninstall, because it has been installed by Daminion 2. The Daminion Server Service remains activ and generates error messages (attachment). 3. The installation pack of Daminion Server (version 524) uses an old version of PostgreSQL. The PSI define the version as "insecure". There is a newer version on the homepage of PostgreSQL. Regards, Uwe Quote

The PostgreSQL is not deinstalled by Daminion Server Uninstall - there should be an option to uninstall, because it has been installed by Daminion This could be added as an option into the Uninstall Wizard. Although another programs might use PostgreSQl. 2. The Daminion Server Service remains active and generates error messages (attachment). Unable to reproduce this. Does the PostgreSQl service was uninstalled or stopped before Daminion Server uninstall? Quote
