Uwe Posted April 10, 2012 Report Share Posted April 10, 2012 Hello, I changed the upload directory from a local disc to a directory on the NAS. Now I can't start the server (error messages see attached files). Sometimes I get an empty message. After press start again the extended message appears. I entered the directory on the NAS in the server settings: D:\directory but one has to enter: \\servername\directory If there isn't a description in the documentation pleae add or change the text in the error message. Murat Posted April 10, 2012 Report Share Posted April 10, 2012 Although you can locate and add the "D:\directory" folder from your Administration panel you need to make sure that this folder is accessible to the Daminion Server user (.\anum). If any error occurs during the Daminion Server launching we display error messages from the Windows Event Viewer.
