kalain
Hi, When you have several items selected in display window, you can change Created DateTime as below : but this also change hour/min/sec created time!!! Would be nice to keep these hour/min/sec created time when changing Creating DateTime through calendar. Without this, this feature is useless ? ! Daria Kotilainen
Hello Kalain, When you select multiple images with the same or different Time, Daminion automatically sets the time to 12:00:00 because you are supposed to change the whole value of the Creation DateTime tag and align it for multiple files. If you would like to preserve your Time for each image, please try to change Date separately to each file or use ExifTool Kind regards, Daria
WilfriedB
Before importing images into Daminion, I use GeoSetter to apply the coordinates from a track log (gpx). Before doing so, the time stamp needs to be correct. GeoSetter has a nice function which allows you to change the target date and time for a single image, it calculates the difference (days, hours, minutes, seconds) and applies it to all selected images in a single step: It also works to synchronize the time stamps of images made by multiple cameras. Can do this also for images which are already in a Daminion catalog. In that case you need to perform Actions->Read Tags from File.

All features I requested along the forum are here (and much more). This is a great piece of software which will replace easily Daminion. WilfriedB
.... which will replace easily Daminion. Not at all! Geosetter is better for changing the time stamp, applying or correcting the location, using the numerical coordinates to find the place name (country, state, city, location) and possibly to add bulk metadata before importing into Daminion for the first time. But after having done that, it cannot get even close to Daminion and its database!
kalain
Not at all! Yep, I should have been much more precise and wrote "which will replace Daminion when using map"
