l.miklos Posted September 13, 2018 Report Posted September 13, 2018 Hi all, We use Daminion team server, ten users, ver.6.0.0.1819 We have two databases, DB1 and DB2 Two users, user1 and user2 with admin roles. I created a new database: DB3, and a new user user3 with viewer role. I changed the roles for DB3: set user3 to admin and disbled guest access. It worked fine. Next day I realised that user3 had only viewer right for DB3 and guest could access it too. Restarted Daminion server: it worked fine again. Next day the same happened. Earlier I set the role user2 for DB1 to viewer, and it has no problem. Don't understand.... Miklos Quote

I've just tried to reproduce the issue: 1819build, created a new database, created a new user initially with the viewer role for all catalogs. n the new database, change the role of the new user to admin, disabled guests. Everything's fine. Then I restarted my PC thinking it might provoke the issue, but nothing changed, the admin was not reverted to viewer for that new user. I will check it out tomorrow as well, maybe the issue is related to time somehow. kind regards, Daria Quote
