Hi Edisso, Tested on v5.9 - both server and local. If select a file which does have GPS coordinate and locate it on the map (zoom in map and check option to zoom to selected files in the map setting in the upper right corner), then close the catalog\program and reopen it, map view is zoomed according to the position of the latest selected file on the map.
