Uwe
Hello, the tag Altitude is not displayed: camera vendor: Leica, camera model: V-LUX 3, media format: DNG. No problems with the TIF file created from this DNG file. Regards, Uwe Update for the DNG item: the Altitude is not in the table: "image" of this DNG item (value = 0). If I copy the GPS metadata from the TIF item to the DNG item (function Copy Tags.../Paste Tags...) - it's ok. A "Read tags from file" for this DNG file doesn't help. You've got an example file by Skype.
lintujuh
I'm running 1679, but I noticed the same issue with a JPG file. I have the same image in two catalogs (I know you shouldn't do it, but I treat the second catalog as read-only). The second catalog was created through re-importing the images into a new catalog and for this image the altitude is different. Even when I did in the first catalog Write Tags to file and Read Tags from file in the second, the difference in altitude remained. -Juha
lintujuh
I have noticed a similar issue (in #1733) for Canon RAWs (CR2). The Altitude is not properly updated into the metadata. If I reimport the image or read tags from file, the altitude information disappears. There is no problem with the corresponding JPG image. -Juha
