Uwe Posted April 3, 2016 Report Share Posted April 3, 2016 Hello, because of missing metadata in scanned files, I use the following command line to set the Exif "Make" and "Model" metadata. Then I call, the "Read Tags from File" action. But, even if a Camara Tag of the "CanoScan LiDE 700F" already exists in the tree of the Camera Tags a new tag was created that has to be approved. Then I can move this tag to the existing one and it will be merged automatically. My default settings in the Admin Panel are: This approve setting is not working because independent of the setting in the Admin Panel - the new tags have to be approved in any case to work with them.
