Rescan Not Importing One Subfolder

I recently moved Daminion database to a new installation on a new server. Everything transferred easily but there is one subfolder missing in the folder tree. When I expand the parent folder, all subfolders are present except for this one. Rescanning does not import the folder.

Thanks for the info! We are currently investigating into this issue. A minor update will be available soon.

 

As a temporary workaround I can recommend you to follow these steps:

- Rename the "problem" folder on Windows Explorer to FOLDERNAME2

- Import it into Daminion

- Select it in the tag tree in Daminion and press F2

- Rename FOLDERNAME2 to FOLDERNAME

May I ask you to send me your catalog backup yo support/at/daminion/dot/net and tell me also an exact path to the "problem" folder.
