Murat Posted April 17, 2014 Report Share Posted April 17, 2014 Unfortunately a lot of customers contact us directly by email or can't participate in the poll or know about it for various reasons. So inspite the fact that it requires a lot of time to maintenance this list we need to process all requests manually, because this is very crucial aspect of our job.
