Quesion about the People tag

Hey folks,

I had Picasa running in order to scan for faces.

 

When I now scan the metadata in Daminion, it shows me the names, but what is if I change the tags into subtags, will Picasa show those pictures again?

 

I mean right now the People name is:

 

"Christine Diao"

 

and I want it to be in

 

"Diao\Christine Diao"

 

When I move it into this subtag, will there be a problem with Picasa?

To preserve the people's hieararchy in Picasa you need to use the "|" symbol to split between hierarchy levels:

So in Picasa you need use "Diao|Christine Diao"

will there be a way that the hirachy will only be stored in Daminion after assinging via moving with the mouse?
