kalain
Hi, Is there a way to rescan only selected folder in Folder tree ? By the way, I sometimes add some files in a "download" directory without using daminion (I know, I shouldn't) and then I would like to rescan only this "working" folder and then finish the job with Daminion. so, a "Rescan selected folder (Ctrl+F6)" feature, I guess would be much more faster than to rescan all the catalog's folders (?) Uwe
Hello kalain, what about the Auto-Rescan function? Does it fit to your requirements? Regards, Uwe

Murat
I have propably missed something. I can't find this function! Auto-Rescan folders feature is available in the shared catalogs only (we sent you the Daminion Server license some time ago). But you can rescan a certain single folder by existing Rescan Folder command:
kalain
Auto-Rescan folders feature is available in the shared catalogs only (we sent you the Daminion Server license some time ago). Yes, but as I'm the only one using Daminion I use standard version. But you can rescan a certain single folder by existing Rescan Folder command: Ok, In fact "rescan folder" command rescan folder from selected folder in the tree. This was not so obvious for me, I thought that all catalog's folder were rescan with F6. May be text should be updated in "Rescan selected folders.." in order to be clearer (?) Thanks.
