[889] Bug Report - Exporting is creating a mess

Hey Murat,

while I was exporting pictures today I got some. The Thumbnails and the picutures are simply grey after exporting.

Could you please send me a few images that were become gray after exporting.

today I exported 2000 pictures at once, but this didn't happen. so I continue to try it. yesterday I had it severall times.

Can you repeat the export process for the files displayed on your screenshot on your initial post?

yes I will do that when I'm back at home on Sunday evening.

 

 

 

btw. a log-feature within the client-version would be awesome. I could open it with admin rights and just copy it instead of onnecting to the server and than upload it.

Can you send me an original image that resulted as gray image after the export. And please send me a screenshot with your exporting settings.

 

Just in case, please send me the resulted Gray Image also.

I created a new folder within the shared folder for that issue. for every topic I'll create a new folder now.

OK. Thanks. It's strange but TIFF file is visible only in the Dropbox List view mode.

You didn't send an original file that is corresponding to the "Xi'an_28022013_0018_tonemapped.jpg" image.

Ok, there is the original cr2 (from my camera) file as well as the tonemapped tif file (from photomatix) and the the exported one from Daminion.

 

I guess the original cr2 file is not in nessecary though.

 

the tiff file is beeing exported to the jpg file
