Question to a layout problem of thumbnail area

Hello

 

Working with Daminion I usually use the following GUI layout shown in screenshot_1:

In toolbar of the thumbnail area the follwing items are displayed: Add Files - Show All - Refresh - Quick Serach - Perform Search - Advanced - Export and Sync.

 

But in case of a small width of the thumbnail area not all items are displayed properly. Some of these items are not displayed or they are overlapped with others.

 

Is there a possiblity to say that some should not be displayed?.

 

I hope I have nothing overseen.

I agree. Maybe it's better to adjust the size of the buttons relative to the size of the head line and not to use buttons with a fixed size.

Or to have an option to customize the layout of this area: icons only, icons with text below the icon etc.)

Hi,

 

I also made few times ago some propositions in order to reduce "Quick Search" field width and avoid a bit this problem. (Specially with small screen like 13" travel laptop).

 

But reducing button width will also solve a bit more this problem.
