Uwe Posted March 9, 2013 Report Share Posted March 9, 2013 Hello, I move people information which are in the Keyword Tags (hierarchy: "family_name" -> "first_name") today to the People Tag (hierarchy: "family_name" -> "first_name"). 1. Catalog Tags Window: I select one people entry ("first_name") in the keywords (green radio button) 2. Thumbnail Window: I see all items with this "first_name" in the keywords 3. Thumbnail Window: CTRL-A, 4. Properties Window: People Tag, "first_name" which exist in all of the selected items are highlighted. "first_name" which don't exist in all items are light grey colored 5. Now I assign all items in the Thumbnail Window to the People Tag "first_name" in the Catalog Window (drag and drop) 6. Properties Window: People Tag, all "first_name" are highlighted also the previous light grey colored which don't exist in all items.
