Uwe
Hello, I would like to have an option to convert the RAW files (CR2) to DNG (by Adobe DNG converter) during the import. This should be an optional step previous to the rename of the files (e.g. %date_%time.%ext). In this case I get the following workflow for the format conversion: _MG_nnnn.CR2 -> _MG_nnnn.dng -> yyyymmdd_hhmmss.dng. The import dialog has to be adjusted by some additional fields for the DNG command line. See http://wwwimages.adobe.com/www.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/products/photoshop/pdfs/dng_commandline.pdf Regards, Uwe
Murat
This option might be included in the future. You might be familiar with our RoboImport, a small but powerful camera downloader software, that supports Adobe DNG Converter.
Uwe
Hello Murat, yes I know RoboImport. But it's also a stand alone process/program. I would like to have the conversion integrated in the import dialog/process to avoid a break in the workflow. If this will be done by direct integration of the Adobe DNG converter or RoboImport is not important. This is definitely not priority 1 at the moment. Thank you, Uwe
