Recently, I tried to connect via the html URL and got the error message shown at the bottom of this posting I then clicked on "Erneut Installieren" (something like re-install) right from the "IIS: Installiert (Version 10.0)" Information line in the server settings. Since that, my daminion client does not start any more. Server is up and running on the same computer, but nothing happens when I try to start the client. No werror message. Just nothing. Have checked what are the ports used by Daminion (at server) after your reinstall and have you looked at the client side what catalogs are available? Tschens Posted 12 hours ago Author Report Share Posted 12 hours ago It seems that the problem is not related to the re-installation and whatever I described above. When I tried to do a report for tech support, I got the error message that daminion cannot write to the "temp" folder. Therefore I had the idea that the problem might have to do with access rights. I can start daminion client whis admin rights, but not the conventional way. I would rather think the problem is related to a recent windows 10 update.
