We have a case where the original TIFF image stored on the file storage server has been cropped since it was originally imported. If we access the TIFF file directly on the server it is cropped, the thumbnail of that image in Daminion is cropped, but if you export the image as either a JPEG or a TIFF from Daminion it is NOT cropped. The transform export setting is "TIFF - Original Size". Why would this be the case? Would it be caused by the image being edited but not synced? Where is Daminion getting the un-cropped version from? Could it be a cached copy of the original image file from before it was cropped stored somewhere?
