Daminion create a paraller Folder tree 5.0.0.1592

Daminion decide to create a paraller folder tree structure when I import some new folders, several moths ago. On that time I use Standalone Pro 5.0.0. 1592 version. Now the version is 5.8.0. 1761. The problem is the same, when I import something all imported folders are located on the "new" Folder Tree.

Is there any way to solve this problem?
