City of Tacoma Posted November 28, 2017 Report Share Posted November 28, 2017 Hi, I work in a fairly large organization and I would like the ability to give temporary access to someone so they can build a collection of images for their project and my department would approve the photos before they are used. I thought I could do this through the shared collection function but I have to give the account the access of "editor" in order to have the shared collection function. This is a problem because that user role has the ability to download and delete images in our library and I would like to avoid giving people that ability outside of our department. My question is can I somehow change the guest role to give it the ability to create collections but keep all of the other locked permissions to keep our library secure? Thank you for your time.
