Timeout when removing folders from shared catalog

Hi,

 

I have an issue when i try to remove larger folders from a shared catalog. After some time I receive a timeout error which suggests to increase the timeout value in the ConnectionString.

Where can I edit this ConnectionString or is there another possibility to solve this problem for me?

the developer guys say this param can be changed at the code level only, sorry.

 

How many files do the folders you're trying to delete contain? If these folders have sub-folders, can you please delete the latter ones first?

Hi,

 

the folders im trying to remove have about 100.000 files in them. I already noticed that it is possible with folders containing less files, so as you suggested I'm gonna have to remove some sub-folders first.
