Invisible line in left panel

I downloaded Daminion Standalone yesterday (v4.6(1481)). I found that the 21st line below <Filter Tags> text box in the left panel is always invisible. However I can still click the radio button to select it. It's only just cannot be seen on the screen.

 

Am I doing something wrong?

Could you please try to restart Daminion?

 

I'm using the same version and have never faced such a problem

Thanks Daria for your reply. Yes, I have restarted my PC a few times and the problem still exist.

 

I found another strange thing. Apart from the 21st line, the 42nd line is also invisible (screen capture attached)!!

When I rotated my monitor to portrait mode, I found that the invisible lines appear every 21 lines, i.e. 21, 42, 63, 84th lines. Everything in Daminion works normal except this display issue.

 

Any idea?

It seems to be a bug, though I couldn't reproduce it at home and can't reproduce it now at my workplace.

 

Would it be possible to send us your catalog (.dmc file) for testing?

If Windows versions matter, I give you more info as below.

 

I installed Dominion Standalone on 2 more computers and got below results:

 

Main computer (this is the computer from which I reported the display issue)

Windows version: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (Chinese Traditional)

CPU: i5-4570S with integrated graphic

Display resolution: 1920x1080

Display issue: invisible lines every 21 lines, i.e. 21st, 42nd, 63rd, 84th

 

Second computer

Windows version: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (Chinese Traditional)

CPU: i5-3470 with integrated graphic

Display resolution: 1920x1200

Display issue: invisible lines every 25 lines, i.e. 25th, 50th (different from the main computer)

 

Third computer

Windows version: Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit (Chinese Traditional)

CPU: Intel Atom D525 with integrated graphic

Display resolution: 1366x768

Display issue: invisible lines every 21 lines, i.e. 21st, 42nd (same as main computer)

I'm afraid the problem is indeed connected with your windows version. We'll try to fix it, but it will take some time.

I have an English version Windows at my work place. I installed the same version of Daminion. Everything was normal. No invisible line anymore. So it most likely the Windows version causes the display issue.
