[FIXED] Policy file azman.xml not found in connection string error

I'm trying to upgrade and test an instance of 4.0.0 build 1259 server but no luck so far. Set up would be a shared catalog connected to a network store of images.

This was an upgrade in place over an existing 3.3.0 version.

I can see the installation from my client, but when I try to connect it takes my Active Directory user and pw, but then generates the "Policy file azman.xml not found in connection string error".

I've got proxy settings set to be inherited from the client pc - we're behind a firewall.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks.

Hello Bobb,

Please follow the below steps in order to fix this issue:

1. Stop your Daminion Server from Daminion Server admin panel

2. Uninstall your Daminion Server

3. Locate and remove all files in the below directory (including the azman.xml file):

C:\Program Files (x86)\Daminion Software\Daminion Server

4. Download and install Daminion 4.0 (1268) build by following this link.

This should helps.

Thanks Murat

Is there an alternate location to download that build from? Firewall policy won't let me get to Dropbox.

Thanks

Bobb
